My Use of your Data

I hold Data of Clients details which includes name, address, date of birth, contact numbers and GP details. Any other information is held under a reference number and stored separately and filed in a secure cabinet.

I retain data for as long as regulations demand

If I hold data electronically it is password protected.

I normally destroy files after 6 years.

My Computer Hard Drives are destroyed before disposal

I do not allow any third parties to access my data.

Where I take work from contractors, I take all reasonable precautions to keep your personal information secure including safeguards against unauthorized access, use or data loss. This includes ensuring any third parties with whom I perform work on your behalf comply with security standards as part of their contractual obligations.
